ABOUT THE POSITION

The Swedish Agency for Accessible Media is now looking for a self-driven and experienced procurement officer to temporarily strengthen the current team. You will play a key role in conducting several procurements related to the move, focusing on direct procurements and call-offs from government framework agreements. As a consultant, you will assist the agency by independently planning and executing procurements in close dialogue with internal clients and project managers, especially regarding a future relocation of the agency's operations. The work encompasses the entire procurement process – with a focus on executing procurements, contract signing, and in some cases, follow-up.

The assignment has an immediate start and will last until mid-June 2025. Since it is a shorter need with an immediate start, it is important that you are self-driven and can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks. The role is broad, and therefore you also need to have a humble and flexible working approach to succeed well in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The procurements may include, but are not limited to:

Moving services and restoration of premises
Cleaning services and disposal/purchase of furniture
Interior architect and speedgates
Lock and alarm systems, craft services
Foiling of glass surfaces, computer screens, and accessories
Meeting booking screens, IT connection, and infrastructure (WIFI)
AV equipment, hearing loops, and coffee machines

* Advising on the choice of procurement form and call-off options
* Preparing and quality-assuring procurement documents, as well as documentation of procurement processes
* Managing call-offs from framework agreements and conducting direct procurements
* Supporting requirement specification together with internal clients
* Ensuring that procurements are conducted in accordance with LOU and internal guidelines
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has an education in law, economics, or equivalent education, alternatively, a YH education as a procurement officer/purchaser or equivalent education.
Has at least 1 year of work experience from a similar and broad procurement role.
Possesses good knowledge of LOU/LUF.
Has experience working with procurement tools such as TendSign, Mercell.
Has good computer skills and can quickly adapt to new systems.
Can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is used daily in the work.
